It is finally here and we are a GO for the English Channel attempt tomorrow! As I sit here listening to the waves come in on shore, I can’t help but think of all the family, friends, co-workers and clients that have listened to my stories, provided the flexibility I needed and supported me in my journey to swim the English Channel. It’s been a wonderful, rough, rewarding, patient, frustrating and humbling journey and I can’t wait to swim and share this next step with all of you.
Please join me and my wonderful crew of Ben Bigglestone, Paul Lee, Steve Hobson and Paul Raknes as we travel from England to France by viewing the live tracker on the boat for my swim. The live tracker is where all of you can watch as the swim progresses across the Channel from Dover, England to Calais, France. I will be starting on Tuesday August 22, 2017 at approximately 9:20am London time (1:20am PST / 4:20am EST) with Pilot Eddie Spelling on boat Anastasia. Please click on the following link for the live tracker: http://cspf.co.uk/tracking/235019572#. This link will take you to the boat’s position in the water. For a more detailed and complete course track, once you click the link, select “Latest Track” in orange at the bottom of the pop-upwindow for Anastasia.
I will also be having public posts on my Facebook page for everyone to view the videos and follow along. Thank you so much for all of your support over these past two and a half years. It means a lot to me to share this journey with each of you.
